South Western Drilling has developed a team of highly experienced personnel, continually providing training to further our skills in all aspects of our business.  Our staff are committed to providing outcomes that exceed expectations and building long term client partnerships, whether we’re working on a sonic drilling project with a university research department or carrying out vibracoring offshore for a petrochemical company.

Our drillers and technicians are highly trained and receive ongoing training in all aspects of our industry.

The staff at South Western Drilling reflect our commitment to the highest quality in service and safety.  All staff are Level 2 first aid trained and undergo twelve month refresher training.

We also have a full time health and safety manager with ten years  experience in the drilling industry.  South Western Drilling is driven by a “Safety First Policy”.  We attribute our success to the fact that our staff are educated and experienced in what is best practice.

On all South Western Drilling projects, you know the driller will have a minimum of 5 years experience, and our senior drillers up to 25 years.  All of our offsiders spend their first 3 years with a senior driller.
